Replacement Parts- Have KJS be your source for quality parts and service on all major brands of Blast Equipment.
Inspections- Schedule a Factory Trained KJS Blast Technician to inspect your Blast machine and furnish you with a Inspection Report noting the overall condition of your machine, a list of any parts that should be replaced and any repairs that should be made.
Rebuilds- A KJS rebuild offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new equipment. Our quality rebuilds allow you to maximize the life of your current machine and maintain optimum productivity.
We will schedule our rebuilds to take advantage of your shut down time, enabling you to operate at peak efficiency and lowest possible operating costs.
You decide on the depth of the rebuild. Our goal is to return your equipment to you in as close to original condition as you desire. Bearings, seals, chains, sheaves, and belts are standard replacements. Electrical controls, gear reducers and motors can be updated; direct drive wheels can be fitted. All other parts are also checked for wear life, and can be replaced or rebuilt per your wishes.
Retrofits- KJS can also upgrade your existing equipment to take advantage of the latest changes available. This may include new wheels, dual wheels, or newly designed separators and abrasive systems that are adaptable to your existing blast equipment.
